My last charter of the year with Hank. Finally a nice breeze n good conditions. Got set up and it did take a lil bit to get em going but after that it was game on. Ripping current so better bite in the am was in the stern. I made a nice mug in between jesse & D-Rod & I put em in the box. HH was Flamini with 13, I had 12, D-Rod 11 then on down. As per new tradition the nnl was a tie between Bock & Directa. Fish ate pretty consistently all day & there was a lot of short action I prolly threw back 20+ fish. we had a charter limit by 11 than went hog hunting to cap off the boat limit ended with a almost 100 keepers ORBL & we were culling 16inch fish. Hank & John were top of the game & the numbas do not lie. Best part of trip was being its my charter we got to listen to Pop2k all day long! Also Scotty won best dressed.

Great trip with a group of premier toggers , I have been fishing for a long time but realize I have a lot to learn about toggin. Special thanks to Capt. Jerry who is always sharing little tips to help a semi old timer out. I was even able to pick a few roasters out. Never tog fished much before but it's definitely something that takes time to hopefully grasp. It is the most challenging fishing I have ever tried and that is the lure . I can see how it becomes addictive and I am now part of that addiction.
Enjoy your fun now Joe Murray you are my inspiration to become a better togger.
