You definitely could not have asked for a nicer December day. It took a little while for the bite to start up but once it did it was a good pick. We even had a first timer who did really well. We got our boat limit before lunch and then stayed a little while to just have some fun.
We do still have 1 spot open for wed blackfish and have plenty of whiteleggers

I jumped on with Capt Ron and his son/mate Ronnie last minute when all of a sudden my Saturday freed up. I could not have made a better decision.
Let me tell you, Capt Ron is being modest. This was one stop shopping. He and Ronnie got Rich and I positioned perfectly over a piece and I was into my first quality tog within 5 min of hitting bottom, then it just continued until we called it quits way early and headed back to the barn.
I don't know what Capt Ron is used to, but I'm not sure how it could have gotten much better. Plus Capt Ron & Ronnie run an awesome operation. Boat is spotless. Bait was always prepped and ready to go, netting, unhooking, re-rigging - they were all over it. This was the kind of day that makes up for all the other crappy ones. Thanks guys - see you again.
Sure glad they became a sponsor on NJFishing!
