Recipe. In case you were wondering what to do with all those blackfish fillets from the last couple of weeks, I have a good one for you all. It's a Parmesan crusted baked recipe that works on the (smaller) striped ones as well.

1. Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper first
2. Take teaspoon and smear Helmans mayonnaise all over filet
3. Cover the mayonnaise with a thick layer of Parmesan
4. Sprinkle a little bread crumbs on top
5. Lemon juice pop in oven 450* until done
6. You won't be disappointed

That's what I was gonna say, if I can figure out how to catch one over 15" I may try it out. It's similar to a recipe I did with fluke a few months ago, but the fluke was too delicate for it. Blackfish is probably a better choice.

Thank you! Great recipe, I just added garlic. Just made this for dinner. Surprised all my kids ate it too. Wife even asked for seconds. It was excellent, entire family enjoyed it.

Have made this a similar way, love the parmesan recipes on the fish. For a little variety and spice, add some dijon mustard to the mayonaise......mmm mmm good!

If you like spicier, I have used an almost identical recipe but with sour cream and a little cayenne mixed in.

Made it tonight. Added a touch of Dijon and a couple drops of srircha sauce. Otherwise verbatim. "Killer" is the proper adjective. A definite keeper.
