Fished Sandy Hook reef today with my 9 yr old son, Tyler and his friend Trevor. This was their first Tog trip and wasn't sure how patient they would be. After a rough ride around the Hook, we settled in with the fleet and made one move after no bite then game on for the rest of the day. We caught at least 30. Both boys limited out and each had a 5 pounder. The little time that I had to fish, it was drop and reel. Could not have asked for a better day.
