Headed out on a tuna trip in a few days and I was trying to get some info on how to rig up for swords at night?

Toger, I've used 200-250# 10' mono leaders with circle hook-trailer hook on short mono optional. Some dye large(12"+)squid-others don't...heavy weight, I've used up 32oz to get rig down 150-200'-depends on conditions: i.e. current, etc. Use a cylume light at swivel. You can also imbed one inside the squid...Oh yea, crimp everything...rubber bands for light...
BUT I caught one with a 3/8oz rubber core and butterfish on the retrieve and had another 300+# deadsticking a Boston mackerel with 6oz 50-75' down.. go figure ...
