capt's kevin gerrity and dave bender took rich tarzia of hillsborough along with brad and jerry shifrin of livingston, with alvin, larry, and alex out for the last tuna trip of 2015. upon arrival we chunked three longfins up to 55 pounds fairly quickly. we set up for the night and had a sword bite right away, the guys all took part in the battle and after an hour we boated a100lb swordfish. we then caught seven yellowfin to 70 pounds and two more longfin in the morning. we ran home in a beautiful southeast ocean with a dozen tuna, a swordfish and five gaffer mahi. the guys stayed up most of the night and worked right along side kevin and i and we had alot of laughs.. great crew..
so long hudson, so long toms, "and good night mrs calabash where ever you are"
