We did not find any striped bass today , and we only had a handful of Sea Bass , But we had a fantastic Tog fishing , it took us most of the day to get them started , with just a few fish in the morning .But when I got going it was as good as it gets . Needless to say we caught our limit , and released a whole bunch of big fish . With fishing like that , no one minded throwing them back and everyone went home with a choice big fish , But the size of the blackfish made up for it which gave everyone a hefty bag of fillet .Our biggest fish , and one of the biggest ones of the season So far , was boated photographed and then released by josh Piotriwski of Maguire Air Force Base . The fish just made it into the teens ,coming in just over 13 pounds . Josh is a skilled angler and a sportsman ,Who has a deep and abiding respect for these fish , And I seem to see more and more of these people as of late , partially due to the fact that more is known about the habits and the age of these fish , and with the cell phones that are available you can get a great photo of the fish and then release it before there's any damage done . It's always nice to have a trophy . That being said we had an extremely nice day , plenty of action , and good weather you can't ask for much more than that . We have an open boat scheduled throughout next week with plenty of spots available ,
and the weather looks warm and favorable , Call for information and reservations
