AM - This morning we had very good bass fishing. Started off trolling, boxing 1 keeper and releasing a short. Came across a body of fish and were able to fish the artificial for awhile. The guys went to work boxing 5 keepers and around 50 shorts. Went back on the troll for the rest of the day landing 1 more keeper and 2 shorts. Ended the day with 7 keepers (only keeping limit) to around 18 lbs and a little over 50 shorts.
PM- This afternoon we had Art, Joe, John and Bob out. Started off on the troll again and managed to box 3 keepers and release a few shorts. Had to get away from the boat traffic and found some fish on the surface where the guys landed another keeper and around 20 shorts before the sunset. Ended the evening with 4 keepers to around 14 lbs and 25 shorts.
