Not many people fishing now but we were lucky to get out with some bottom fishermen and some striper guys. Once again we had good porgy fishing to start the day with good sized fish only to have the bite slow up when the later boats surround us with there running engine noise. I thought with the NW wind the tog would really bite but it did not happen. Kurt was lucky to break in a new rod and win todays pool. We did find a few real jumbo porgies and the biggest blow fish I think I have ever seen. There are still fluke around and winter flounder.
7:00 AM first boat out and no galley. We have green crabs and clams for bait.
Thanks captain George
