Well, the wind and weather have kept us tied up most of the week. We have not had a chance to go bottom fishing yet but we're eager to do so. Unfortunately the weather does not look good for the next several days so we will not shape up tomorrow, Wednesday. Thursday is supposed to blow a gale, gusting to 40 kts so obviously we are staying home until things settle down a bit. Could be until Sunday but we'll see.
The silver lining in all this heavy duty wind is hopefully this jump starts the striped bass season.
Stay tuned as we may go right to stripers after the blow instead of bottom fishing. Time will tell. Either way we are now on our Fall 3/4 day schedule. Everyday 7:30 AM-2:30 PM.

Well, it looks like Joaquin is tracking offshore which is great news but we still have some seriously crappy weather from now through the weekend. We hope everyone stays safe, hurricane or not.

The boat will remain tied up until things settle down, hopefully as early as the middle of next week. I'm already going stir crazy thinking about October stripers!
