Got the urge today so I dug out this recipe which has served me well for many years;

1 lb frozen clam meat
24-3 inch clam shells
cup of Parmesan cheese
cup of seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons diced parsley flakes
2 tablespoons black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
24- 3 inch strips of bacon

mix all of the ingedients, pack into the clam shells, cover with clam strips and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. By using frozen clam you can pack 3-4 clams into each shell, more clam less filling ! Enjoy!
