Another beautiful day on the water. Started off with a good drift and the fish were chewing. I got the dollar fish today but Jeff followed up with a nice keeper not to long after. We caught a lot of shorts today. Prob 20 a piece. I also caught a foot long squid. Was wild, hit the jig and I thought I had a small fluke on but to my surprise it was a squid on the end of my line. Didn't ink anyone so that's a good thing. Threw him in the bucket and cut him for bait. Doesn't get any fresher then that. We ended the day with 2 nice keepers a piece. Another great day on the water with my son. Doesn't get any better then father and son fishing together. Throw in some fish and we have an amazing time. Be back at it again tomorrow. Pool fish was a 7#8oz slob. Capt and crew were top notch as always!
