Hit the bottom of the freezer.
2 lbs. porgy Fillets
1 c Flour
1 c Bread crumbs
1/3 c Frenches Frent Fried Onions. (mince to the same consistency as bread crumbs) mix with crumbs
Egg Wash
Dredge fish in flour,egg wash then the bread crumb mix.Fry to a light brown,salt and pepper to taste:D
