Tuna Parmigiana. Put the steaks in a baking dish, cover with homemade sauce and slices of fresh mozzarella, bake and mangia!

Ive made that Gerry based on your Recepie last year and it was GOOD!
As for the tuna parm, im not big on red sauce and fish, but i know people rave about this dish.

Soy, brown sugar, grated ginger, fresh thyme, olive oil, pinch of black pepper or sriracha. Find the right blend of soy and brown sugar to taste, stir until all sugar is dissolved. I freeze my ginger root and peel as needed when grating. The freezing minimizes the fibrous nature of ginger and gives a smoother consistency to my grated end result on the microplane. Also incorporates into the mixture rather nicely.
Marinate 1.5 to 2 inch steaks 30-60 min. Grill or pan sear 1 min on each side, depending on preferred level of doneness. Remove from heat, let cool 10 min. Slice it up and have at it!
Prob my favorite way to eat tuna aside from sushi/sashimi.
