Team Super Cool on the Cock Robin Saturday

Team Super Cool (my daughter and I) needed to get out and catch some fish so we armed ourselves with the light weight tackle (pee-shooters) and hit the Cock Robin.

We scraped together a crew at the last minute and away we went.
Cleared the inlet to a nasty ocean that made for a sporty ride to the fishing grounds. Some may have lost their breakfast in route!:eek:

Once there we had shots of Mackerel, Blues, then Mackerel, and then Blues, and then Mackerel. Had to work that jig all day as it was hit and miss but when it was a HIT on the light tackle it was a blast. We got ~ 25 counting the ones coming unbuttoned boat side and on a day like today...they counted!

Sounds like it was another great and memorable trip for Team Super Cool!

I think that's WONDERFUL that you make it a point to take your daughter fishing!

Despite all the charter fishing that I get to do and the fun I have at it, some of my best fishing trips were those with my daughter when she was young! Some of which were fishing for snapper blues of the bow of the Henriques tied up at the dock!
