Hey all!

I found interest in fishing this past month and where ever there is water, I WANT TO FISH!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

With that being said, I'll be going down to Wildwood right near Diamond Beach in about 2 weeks for vacation with my friends. I was wondering if anyone knows any spots nearby (walking distance would be best and/or 5-10 min car ride) where we can fish and crab off the docks or if there are any jetties/surf fishing allowed (which I doubt since it's a resort area).

I'm also looking into a day of party boat fishing with my pals that in the about $40-50 range. I am looking myself, but I do want to go where people had a great experience (only went on charters near Atlantic Highlands and Belmar).

If I am not supposed to post this or any parts of this thread in this part of the forum, please let me know and I will move it elsewhere/delete.

Thanks so much for the help!! :D

You may want to check out Stone Harbor, just north of Wildwood, Exit 10 off the GSP. I believe I saw a small fishing pier when we came in to weigh my fish.

As for party boat fishing out of ATlantic Highlands any of the Sponsors on the page should fill the bill.

Take a 15 minute car ride to Cape May and fish on the Porgy 1V party boat. The best experienced captain down there. Boat leaves 8:am. There's Jim's Bait and Tackle right across the street.
If you fish on a boat in Wildwood you have to waste fishing time riding to the Cape May Inlet to get out to the ocean. Twenty minutes each way. The inlet is five minutes from the Cape May docks. PM me if you need more information.

Contact Dan Shafer Insomniac sport fishing out of stone harbor. I have only had good times with him. Back bay stripers in August is awesome.
