Party boat Angler Thursday report

It was a very nice day on the ocean today with some very good short action again with some keepers mixed in each drift. The best fishing again was around the change of tide which we caught first thing this morning and again at the end of the trip. We leave early at 7:00 AM but I wish it was earlier today as the fish were feeding as soon as we stopped today. Tomorrow we should have an extra hour but we may miss the later change. Today was just a nice fluking day and the wind came up when it was time to head in. Joe Ursino from Ocean Groove had todays pool with a 5 pound fluke.

I know we have people coming tomorrow even with showers forecast and we will sail at 7:00 AM. The last time it rained we had good fishing for big fish and tomorrow I will be looking for the big ones and fishing myself.
