wondering if any plumbers out there want to give me an estimate for the easiest job of the week. we are buying a house in cranford nj, the hw heater was installed by the current owner, but no permits and not up to spec. its about 1 year old, rheem 40 gallon nat gas. It needs a drip line installed for the gas pipe, there is no bonding wire, the t&p valve is missing a discharge pipe and the flue is only 3" and not screwed together. im my mind it would make the most sense to cut everything and re pipe the copper and gas, so its labor + materials. anyone interested?

Sent you a PM with Steve's information. He is barely on the site. Your better off calling him. He'll be fishing tomorrow with me. Try him after 4 pm.
