tried a few spots on the way out around the hook but not a nibble so we drifted some 20-25' water near a channel and picked 2 keepers. As the sun got higher and hotter we moved into the channel and picked away and got 2 more keepers. We tried some big lures but no big fluke caught. Slivers of sea robin seemed to get the fluke chomping. Can't complain, no consistency like we had last year, but decent days popping up here and there. Green was my best color and John did well with yellow and pink. Fluke total was 37 with 4 keepers.
Also hooked a big cow nose Ray on a teaser which is always a good fight.
