I'll tell you guys, if you don't enjoy Porgy fishing you are not a true 'bottom fisherman'. Catching Porgys on light tackle brings out the kid in anyone.
We had a good catch with some Triggers mixed in as a bonus. That said,....who are the geniuses that closed Sea Bass? New York is open, Delaware is open, and we are closed! There is no problem with the stock, we had a tough time keeping them off the hook. Some really big Sea Bass went back, check out picture of one we released. I'm pretty sure it was a keeper, but you be the judge. Stay well, Capt Tommy Joseph
