We had 2 separate groups on today for half day trips. Morning trip we elected to stay in the river with the swell, afternoon trip was a family so that WAS the plan - the river :)
AM Report: Fished the outgoing all morning with Aaron and crew from my marina right to the inlet. Had fair action throughout with short fluke. For the morning the guys boated ~50 shorts, no keepers.
PM Report: Had Kris and family on board for the afternoon. Fishing the incoming, action was better and the fish were generally a bit bigger. Had a lot of just misses, 2 right @ 18", and the biggest fish taken by 6 year old Thomas, a 19.5" er that also made the mark. Thomas was also high hook with 15. Again we had ~50 fish for the afternoon - but it was nice to see a few bigger ones show.
