Spend the day looking for a good bite, morning started out slow with a couple fish here and there.
Hit Ambrose and had PERFECT conditions for a change...Drifted at 1.0, hit the edge, the deep, a few snags and fished through 2 sets of buoys to only catch 2 fish!!! It's August right???? No life so we keep moving on.
Came back to catch the change of tide and found some nice fish...Pool fish went to a young lady today at 7 plus pounds!
Couple other nice keepers while the bite was on....not many shorts. High hook had 3 fish in the cooler.
Back at it tomorrow......CHARTERED FRIDAY MORNING.
