8/1 Fluking....

Fished with 15 footer and Wilson on Lower Case g today. Never could get the perfect drift all day between wind and current. Started in close and ended up way, way east.

Thru everything imaginable at em. Couldn't make it happen. Thought I had the right one on that turned out to be a monster gazer. Few real nice knuckle heads on the rough patches ( day late and a dollar short!!)

Out front Horrible bite maybe the sw wind and moon ? Hardly any shorts all snagged not one in the mouth. Been very spotty bite very finicky.

I had a great day. I learned a lot. A lot different than trout and smallie fishing. I think I like this salt thing more! Thanks again for all the help Duffman and Wilson.

We were in the same boat as you and many other Duffman....(not literally:D). Fished north, East, west and south and everywhere in between to find two keeper fluke and maybe 6 knucklehead sea bass for the day, biggest fish weighed in at 5.71....tough day, lots of shorts AGAIN

definatly a tough day. but had a fun day on sharky's boat. thanks for the opportunity mike. good see you alan and mikey and meeting you sam. there's always next year. hopefully we get a port prize.
