JCAA Fluke Tournament 8-1 Over 17K in Calcuttas

The Jersey Coast Anglers Association's fluke tournament is this Saturday, 8/1. We already have 242 entrants and we have collected a total of over $17,000. for the various Calcuttas. Those interested may register up until mid-night on 7/31. Registrations are being accepted online at www.jcaa.org, or by phone. Call the office at 732-506-6565 or our tournament director, Paul Turi on his cell at 609-709-9215. Someone should be in our office until 9PM the next couple of nights so call anytime. Team CharterFox has been preregistered and we just signed on to all 4 Calcutta's this morning... We will be fishing out of the Sandy Hook port. Tight Lines!

How do the Calcutta's work for each port or all combined

For the port Calcutta's you are competing only against others who signed up for that particular port. For the overall Calcutta's you are competing against everyone who signed up regardless of which port they signed up for.

Quick report. Fishing sucked, company was great and I'm tired.

Tough day. Dave, Billy, and Joe Bucktailed there are off. Hit rough bottom all day. 11 keepers biggest 5 lbs. Lost a big mamma right next to boat. A good 8-9 lber. Was just holding tail of the grub and let go as soon as she saw the surface. Tons of fish between 17-17 3/4". Good day on water with great guys. Tired pups!

Every place we dished too Mako. Drift outside was slow and against the current in the AM.

Congrats to Johnny Bucktails and team. They one the Leonardo Flukemasters with a 5 fish total of 27 and change.

Question the 17k total in Calcutta's is that for all individual ports and the overall Calcutta? Does anyone now what each payout is? And last question does anyone know the results
