Went in search mode once again today. After dying a slow death in the bay we found an area of fish we could work.
Tom the Vet put on a clinic fishing the bow landing a bunch of 16-17 inch fish and taking the pool with a beautiful 7.5 pound fluke.
Couple other fish in the 5-6 pound range along with the shorts. Scott and crew had some nice fish along with Fran's beauties while working those buck-tails.
Not a great bite by any means and we had to work hard to catch what we did but it was much better than were we left.
Huge Thank you to Bob Bott who presented us with 2 custom made Fluke rods that will go to the Winner and Second place in the Big Fluke pool this year! The Rods are beautiful jigging sticks.
Hot again the next two days but the Ocean breeze should help take the edge off!
