Bounty Hunter

The Matt MacSherry group returned to the Bounty Hunter for a day of Fluke fishing. Paul cleared the Inlet at 6AM and headed for the rough bottom up north. Our first stop did not show much life as we only landed a couple of Ling and a few short Fluke. Paul made the move further to the north and we started to pick an occasional short. After checking with a few of the boats out Fluke fishing today the news was not good. It was decided to stay where we were and take our chances. On the tide change we started to get our Fluke bites. Matt's crew put together a nice catch of 9 keeper Fluke along with 4 Ling. Another dozen short Fluke were released. It was not a killer trip but on a slow day we were happy with what we got. Back at it tomorrow. Dragging Bait. No Bucktailers on board.:):):)
