It's been a long journey but my son jake had a hell of a senior year. He just made Eagle Scout! He also got himself a hell of a wrestling scholarship to centenary college. He will be their heavyweight next year. He has a nice job for the summer and donates his time as a volunteer fireman in town.

I really could not be prouder of the man he is turning into.

That's an awesome accomplishment Steve...Congratulations! My son will be a senior at Centenary this coming year. I hope your family and your son have as great an experience as we have had with the college. It is a really great school..very personal with the students and a lot of resources available for the kids to succeed. Best of luck to him.

Congratulations, it's a significant accomplishment. My family has 3 generation of Eagle Scouts. My Father, both my brother and myself and 3 of my nephews.

Make sure you tell him to always list that on his resume. I've hired hundreds of people over the course of my career and with that listed on a resume, it automatically goes to the top of the pile.

Very impressive Steve as that is truly a great accomplishment. Full Scholrship is not bad eather. Now for the real question that will lead to his future success. Can he catch a blackfish:D
