Fun Seabass trip with the Alex MVP charter.

Had a great time today with Alex and the young fellows in his party. We didn't have a boat limit of fish, but we had a boat limit of laughs. I really enjoy watching these young guys catching fish and having a ball. Tomorrow looks like a blow out with wind predicted to blow 15-20 with gusts to 25 out of the SW. That doesn't rule out NW winds at 5-10 mph. Stay well, Capt. Tommy Joseph

Can Not thank Capt Tommy enough for the effort and nice long
Day he gave us. Enjoyed meeting his partner Ed who was great helping out my nephews. We did not hit our 5 man limit but it did not matter as my nephews and brother were reeling up fish all day long and told me they had a great time
Ended up with nice cooler full of fish for the 5 of us.
56 seabass, 5 ling as well as 3 nice blackfish and short cod that were released
I take all my nephews out once a year
To Compete for the MVP trophy which i started doing last year for the first time. Winner keeps the trophy in his possession for the year. We are all very competitive so this is in the Cortizo family similar to the Super Bowl or Stanley Cup. It was an epic battle as 4 of us were in the running until the very last second when nephew Adriene caught pool fish which gave him the extra 5 point bonus to give him the Win and trophy awarded to him by Capt Tommy

Very cool to see your nephews with so many sea bass on such a nice weather day. It is always a great time on the ocean with you and your family. Fishing with a bottom fishing legend of a captain makes it even better.
