Fished on my brothers boat in south jersey yesterday and had some good action on fluke, ended up w 10 keeper fluke with big one at 7.5 lbs caught on gulp 5 in white swimming mullet on 1/4 oz jig head.

Caught most of our keepers the last hour before & after high tide after boat traffic settled down in 7-12 feet of water.

Flounder with lump crab meat for dinner was nice way to enjoy the catch tonight :)

Thanks guys, wanted to share some info on how the bite developed where we were fishing.

We were fishing a stretch of the ICW and had good drift conditions and caught mostly short fish for a few hours with a couple keepers every once in a while. I wanted to move and try a different area but my brother said let's stick it out. All the other boats fishing the area moved and we started catching more keepers including the big fish of the day hit at top of the tide and used engine to bump in and out of gear to catch fish while the drift slowed.

I give my brother credit for sticking it out and goes to show it pays to keep working an area if you are confident there are fish there...

This was down by Barnaget/Little Egg?

Yep, power drifting saves the day again.
