Party Boat Angler Tuesday Fluke

We pick a few fluke each drift with our first drift today being our best before any other boats were out. Did a quick try in the ocean to keep it honest but only found a couple of fish and went back to the warmer bay water. We did see loads of bunker today which shows that fish are moving. It is only a matter of time for banner fishing. Doug Lee from fair Lawn Jigged the pool fish with gulp.

Sailing at 7:00 AM tomorrow first boat out. No Galley

Nice way to start the season

Decided to take the stepson out for a day of fluking....thankfully it's that time of year again!!:D Didn't except too much being the first weekend of the season, and the noaa forecast calling for south winds at 15 knots... Well noaa was wrong(again). It was a BEAUTIFUL day and a fantastic drift all day. Conditions were great and Capt. George & crew worked hard all day doing everything they could to find and net up some keepers. The water is still a lil cold, but we definitely picked at em all day. I ended up with a couple nice ones for the cooler and the lil man even got a couple towards the end. (Yes Shrimpy, I handed off the rod long before he hooked his own:p) Again, big thanks to Capt and crew for a really fun day. Can't wait to get out with you guys again soon!
