Long time Bounty Hunter supporter Ed Warters was on board the Bounty Hunter today. Filling out Ed's crew were friends Mike, Bob, Steve, Bob & Mike. Paul made a right at the Inlet this morning and ran to the south. Getting into 57 degree water with an occasional bait read we put out the Spoons. We did not see or catch a Bluefish all day and that was OK with us. Over the course of the day we had 5 Bass bites. with the hooks pulling on 3. Ed landed his keeper Bass a nice 43" fish which weighed in at 26 lbs. but the big fish of the day was hauled in by Mike Richards. It was his Personal Best to date measuring 49" in length and weighing in a 47 Lbs. At first glance we thought we had our first 50 Pound Bass of the year. Well, Maybe Tomorrow:):):)
