NEW striper regs

Im glad for the change in regs, hopefully it decreases the amount of fish taken .
There still will be plenty of limits as there will be plenty of 36-43" fish and enough bigger fish to catch.
Whats good is it will slow down the amount of big breeding cows taken .

The new slot is a great size for those liking to eat bass, as well as that it takes many less years to replace a fish of that size

Yep.. on a sad but up note.

My father was stocking one of the streams this week and saw one of the conservation officers. On more than one occasions, he has run out of citations in his ticket book when policing the hudson river waters this spring.
