epic day on the bay.

me( fishnchips)rick (liv2fish)rich(tognut) got out early to get bait. took awhile. went looking for fish noramally start out trolling.but rick said lets take ride around to see whats going on he said water is to dirty .need to find cleaner water . we finally found it then we started to find marks . got on anchor within minutes fish started hit . for the next 3hrs fishing was insane .all fish were between 35 inches to 42in caugth 25 fish.1small blue. what day to remenber .ps thanks capt rick . tognut is your shoulder still hurting . i fishnchips caught my bay pb ( 42 in)girth 25in( 29lbs).trying upload pictures.

Way to go!! If you need some help posting photos the usual issue is they are shot in high res and you need to resize to a lower res before you can upload them.

What a great day it was. First time I tried chunking this season and it only took one spot all by ourselves a mile away from the fleet. I wanted to try live lining, but the aerator stop working. Here's a pic of my bro with one of the big ones. The strange thing was that i was fishing for a few barely legal 28in males, but we only caught pre-spawn females. So, we only kept one for the day, which is plenty to feed everyone.

Like others have said, the bass could be anywhere throughout the bay. Sometimes, you need to go into search mode instead of hopping from one fleet to another. When chunking, its probably best to be in isolated areas, assuming you found some marks.
