FISH TANK - Flounder Update

...or should I say lack of flounder update! Capt. Ed and I fished for a few hours on Sat morning with one of our regular customers and the conditions sucked. The wind was cranking every bit of 30kts with 2-3' seas in the river and we only had 1 fish to show for our efforts (pic attached).

Today Capt. Ed had a full crew of guys looking to get out of the house and they were only able to double our production from Sat. The good news is that the water warmed up from 41 degrees on Sat to 44 which is a good sign, but we still need it a little warmer to get them going. It sounded like the guys all had a good time on the water despite the lack of action.

The forecast looks ok with some warmer weather all week, so we'll be giving it another try this Sat. If you are interested in joining us, please call or email me.

Great fishing with you Ed again it was a nice day out in the wind & sun. Too bad the fish did not cooperate but they are there we did have 2 for the efforts. I give it another week & I feel the bite will pick up. It just goes like the old saying you shudder been here tomorrow LOL.
