Hey gang! It’s been a long winter and I’m sure you’re all chomping at the bit to wet a line just like we are. We splashed the FISH TANK last week and have been working on getting her all cleaned up and ready for the 2015 season.
We are also very excited to announce that we have just made arrangements to move the boat up to Sayreville in a few weeks and get in on the spring striped bass run in the bay. Until we make the move, we’ll be running winter flounder trips in Shark River just to get out and shake the rust off.
If all goes as planned, our first of these flounder trips will be this Saturday leaving at 8am and returning around 1pm. The fare will only be $40pp to help cover some of the overhead costs. I know the limit is only 2 fish which is a joke, but we are doing this more as a courtesy to our regulars and the NJFishing.com community that have supported us over the last 3 seasons.
As for our striped bass trips, we still have some prime dates available at the end of April and during the month of May, but they are filling up fast. We will be running both full day and afternoon/evening trips so please call or email me if you would like to reserve a date.
