Hi-Mar Spring Striped Bass Tournament - Saturday May 16th

The Hi-Mar Striper Club proudly presents its 2015 Spring Striped Bass Tournament to be held on Armed Forces Day - Saturday May 16, 2015.

The captains meeting will be held on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Bahrs Landing & Restaurant in Highlands, NJ. 5:30 pm on-site registration and the meeting will start at 7:00 pm.

The tournament will run from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, May 16, 2015. Weigh-in will be from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Bahrs Landing.

As usual there will be plenty of great food and drinks available at the captains meeting as well as the awards ceremony.

Each year, as part of our mission statement, the Hi-Mar Striper Club organizes fishing trips to benefit children from organizations such as:

Make a Wish Foundation
Juvenile Diabetes Foundation
Big Brothers – Big Sisters of NJ
Hooked on Fishing – Not on Drugs of NJ
Point Pleasant Explorers
Aslan Youth Ministries

Additionally, we’ve also organized fishing trips for servicemen from Fort Dix and McGuire Air Force Bases, along with The Wounded Warrior Foundation and The Take A Soldier Fishing Organization. Through our fishing flea market, tournaments other fund raisers, the Hi-Mar Striper Club touches the lives of many great charities and causes.
