i do not wear my stormr often, but it is my go to in cold and wet weather.
i TRIED to wear my jacket last night but could not get the zipper to zip....it is a known issue w/ stormr's that the zippers are difficult, anyone else having issues? and more importantly, found a solution?!

The zipper on mine is pretty stiff. Lubing it with parafin helps. Silicon would probably be even better.

If you're ever at west marine or golden state, check out Snap Stick. It works like a charm for keeping zippers and and snaps on boat enclosures working smoothly, don't see why it wouldn't work on a foul weather top.

I have one as well, haven't had the zipper stick yet but its a little stiff. i wonder if the manufacture recommends a lubricant. As much as they cost I would be a little hesitant to put any thing on it.

I have trouble with mine too. I have found you must push the pin very hard into the box. It kind of snaps in. Then it zips no problem.

Sounds like Carhart heavy gear coat, double zip and if you get them in tight together no problem

Zipper wax. When I used to scuba dive had to lub the zipper on my dry suit. Find a dive shop or go online and order zipper wax.

Steve is right. But, you don't need a dive shop. You can get it on Amazon for a few bucks. It made the zippers on my Storm much easier t close.
