So basically they admit the science is bad, the studies are bad and they have no money to do good studies and get good data. But yet they have enough money to regulate poorly? WTF? If you don't know shit how can you regulate shit

I said it before and I will say it again...
Fisheries Management...... Think about it for a minute. These people are paid to manage fisheries so what do you think they are doing to do?? They are going to manage fisheries, even ones that don't need to be managed.
If you go for a consultation to a surgeon, chances are they are going to want to do surgery. But in this case you have the ability to get 2nd opinions or seek other alternatives to surgery...
Who do these people have to answer to?? What are the check and balances?? Do they take into consideration other opinions or solutions?? Not based on what I see.... Yes, in some cases they have the obiligatory public comment meetings but it seems to me their mind is already made up and nothing we say matters.... They have all the power and......
When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Wittman picked up "NO"cosponsors for this Bill.....so that was a waste of time on his part.
The Gov Accountability office reported that NOAA lacks the resources to do adequate assessments............So we are being slowly taken off the water, put out of business for no other reason than they can!! BS
Your Honor under the current regs (which were BS in the first place) I plead "Not Guilty"and demand that all current regs be tossed until a true Physical and Economical assessment by NON-SPECIAL INTERESTS, NON POLITICAL be obtained. Until then maybe we can salvage some sort of future for us all.
The Gov put us in this situation, they certainly won't help us out......Stock assessments, total BS all of these years.
