I always wonder, What do they do with the fish? In the case of some guy on the jetty they can fine the guy and let him keep it or let the F&W officers take it home but 92 tons? That's a lot of fish

I hope they take all his gear, in Fla. if they find an illegal gill netter out on the water, they will watch him operate and wait until they have the boat back on the trailer and driving away from the boat ramp. They will then confiscate EVERYTHING including the boat and truck!! You outa hear them wail about how "unfair" this is to them. Puts them out of business, that's for sure.

When all you sportsman cut that first short fluke of the day for your bucktail or bait rig . Think of this guy. That fish thats 1/16 of a inch short an ya say f€€k it close enough. Think of this guy. Your no better. If you rob a bank an get caught with 1 $ or 1 million your still a bank robber.

Wish they went after the stores that bought the fish as well.
