Stopped by a spot on my ride home tonight. Unless you can launch a clam bait 3 football fields to hit open water , its gonna be a little while. 40's everyday next week!

By south I hope you mean south carolinia cause this week im down in a/c for a work thing and its all ice down here.
im sure there are spots but i am sure not much.

No secrets or surprises here. These fish were taken in Oyster Creek (Power Plant discharge). That's been choked with bunker for a while now. Guys weighed them in down at Absecon Bay Sportsman Center.

Can't wait for warmer weather, but do have some mixed emotions.
I'm fighting ice dams in my North Jersey gutters right now, rather than fighting fish.
More sunlight may mean more dripping water in a spare bedroom of ours.
Not lookin' forward to that. :eek:
I'd rather be drowning worms, or drifting clams soon.
