Bad couple of weeks

First mom and now my mother in law. Although many jokes have been made about my mother in law over the years, in reality she was always there when needed. Unlike my mother, who lived in Florida, my wife's mom was local and always there to lend a hand. My kids loved my mom and referred to her as "fun grandma" but they spent A LOT more time with Jill's mom. She was truly a part of their everyday lives and was nothing but a positive influence for all of them. She will be missed by all of us.

Wow..... When it rains it pours. You and the family are really getting put to the test Steve. What can I say other that what's been said before and that I'm deeply sorry for your loss. One thing I will add is that I'll be hoping and praying that all this makes you a stronger and tighter family. When all else fails it's the family and your home life that holds everything else together.
