Poor striper action yesterday, all around. Only caught one keeper bass and two shorts.

But the water temp remains good and there are bait fish, so, hopefully, the striped bass action will turn on soon.

Weather looks good right through the weekend. Maybe this Nor'easter will change things around, too. We are geared up and ready to do whatever it takes to get bass in the boat. So hang in there --they'll turn on again-- hopefully with a vengeance.

Thanks for the accurate report. Capt Mike did his best to find us the bass, and burned a lot of fuel. It was even nice that one of your mates retrieved a rod and reel which one of your lady anglers dropped overboard. I wonder if she picked up a lottery ticket on her way home???? Enjoy today's turkey.....
