All I can say is SHOOT ME!!
Worked several area's of life today with fish rolling on top from Sandy Hook to almost Jones inlet! Didn't matter where we went, it was the same thing, Birds, Bait, Fish, couldn't get them to bite.
Worked the Bunker on the beach and caught some blues and a few shorts....Worked our way back to the North on the change of tide, found fish boiling around the boat, caught a few bass on top water plugs and shads but nothing that would bail us out!!
Never had to work so hard in my life to catch a few fish. Feel like I went 10 rounds with Tyson, frustrating to say the least.
Praying this cold front does something for us the next couple of days, if not, maybe I'll start working on the Senior tour, it's never too late!
