Maybe when NOAA realizes that they have screwed up every possible fishing season with closures, size limits and short bag counts, then the people may have enough trust to start actually reporting the truth.
From what I have seen, they have turned many a good man into a criminal by the constant BS that is shoved down our throats.....We don't make a pimple on a ducks ass in the Bio-Mass for what we catch on a daily basis...enough said.!:mad:
