raritan bay Saturday night advice

Hey guys was gonna go out tonight on my 21 footer for a few hrs for stripers leaving around 10 pm outta Keyport. Was looking for some friendly advice on where to try . not trying to burn anyones spot gonna play some bombers and storms maybe grab a few eels but didn't wanna go all the way out towards the point was looking to stay in the bay . I'm relatively new to boating at night so wanted to stay close for the first few trips of the year.
