Took a ride in the AM searching for some new life and hopefully a better bite...
Found birds working on the bunker, Picked at the Bass and Blues with the shads out fishing even the Bunkers that we were snagging.

Dave Blendowski landed the pool fish at 21 pounds. More smaller fish than keepers today.

On a sad note, Tom (the Hammer) Krako lost his son David the other night after a battle with a brain tumor. Those of you who knew Dave from being at the boat every morning will never forget that Booming laugh when something struck him funny. I loved to make him laugh and always looked forward to coming up with something new!!
Dave was 33 years young.

Condon's Funeral home in Middletown is handling the wake this Friday from 2-4 then 7-8:30 with a mass at that time.
Rest in peace Dave.

Tom,
So sorry for your loss. David's innocence and sincerity was always enjoyed in the morning as we boarded the Fishermen. He will truely be missed. May you find peace in the lives he has touched.
