Paramount Monday Marathon

No love from the dock stripers this morning. I think they may be leaving. We went out with a small crew and picked away at the sea bass and porgies. Had some very nice readings but the fish were a bit tight lipped after the blow. When you did get a keeper, it was a nice one. I had 9 sea bass that were mostly 16" plus, 4 porgies with a 3lb kicker and 2 ling. Ray and Lester Bryant had 14 sea bass and 4 porgies with a 4lb pool winning bass. Captain Dennis had 8 sea bass and 3 porgies. I expect sometime soon to get a nice fall bite before they move deeper.

Typo in report, Nelson Bryant won the pool. Problem of not bringing home written notes. They had another 7 1/2 lb sea bass yesterday, but fishing was the same otherwise.

how deep were you guys? got a charter Sunday hoping they stick around

100 plus. There are still some fish in closer as of Monday, but no motherload unless you go way south.
