Please help me give a warm NJfishing.com welcome to Captain's Amanda and James Peterson and the crew from the Ospey Fishing Fleet, the Osprey and the Ospey V http://www.ospreyfishing.com/home.html
Their home base is on the LI Sound in Port Jefferson NY but they will be sailing out of Kammermans Atlantic City Marina for Blackfish December 1 through January. These are resevation only trips limited to 25 people so no crowding. Please see the web site to reserve your spot.
The Osprey V, which will be sailing out of AC, is a Gilliken built 65' by 22' powered by twin caterpillar 3406's with a generator and a heated cabin, great for winter blackfishing.
The Osprey is also a Gilliken 76' by 22', powered by three Detroit diesels, has 2 generators and a heated cabin.
The Osprey Fleets and it's Captains have a long history in fishing. In 1964 Captain Joe Cash purchased his first head boat. He and his 9 children were its crew. The Cash family tradition of running party charters is now on its third generation. Captain Stewart Cash, his daughter and son in law, Captain's Amanda and James Peterson, continue to run a true family owned operation with the same core values and years of fishing knowledge.
All the best to Captain's Amanda and James and the crew... We all look forward to fishing with you.
