Canyon report 10/23
Another Good Canyon Trip!
Water temperatures are still 69.5 to 70 degrees and the tuna are biting.
We had another good trip yesterday catching mahi-mahi, tuna up to 68 lbs and a 130lb bigeye tuna.
Most of the fish were caught on bait and a few on jigs.
Pedro De Costa caught the 130lb bigeye.
It looks good for upcoming trips.
There is a good area holding tuna in the Hudson canyon and the water temperature is high for this time of year so the tuna should continue to bite.
We have space available.
The next trip is scheduled to sail 5pm Friday night.
We have 31 hour trips sailing 7am Tuesday and Thursday and 22hr trips sailing 5pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
We have added an additional trip sailing 5pm Saturday November 8th.
