Thanks guys! Had about the first hr after the drop that produced some bites and hook ups it was so dam hard to toss the tails around think distance was a issue . Tonight will be more prepared. Fish measured around 3o! Go time!

Made it out by 4. Hit SH first and met a buddie on the way in. He said out front was killer wind and no fish and the bay hokding bait but no fish.
With that said headed south staying in the rivers keeping the wind at our back.
The tide was almost done dropping out and the moon was just clouded over.
Within 10 casts of a 2 oz bucktail contact was made and I landed a fat 19" striper. Soon after I connect again but it came unbuttoned.
My friend picked up another small fish which he believed to be a blue that came unbottned near shore.
After the tide slacked all came to a stop.
Moved back to SH where he saw bait to now find dirty water and no bait. The water was running hard and now full of salad.
Made a few more wiggles and nothing else was caught.
Tried cliffwood wall but the wind was brutal.
Moved to back bay and played with some snappas and soon after called it quits.
Full moon and an east wind = strong flood tides.
KMatty, bring some heavy tackle tonight. After a while 6 oz buck tails were not even close to contacting bottom.
Good Luck
